Ly-Huong Pham, Chief Executive Officer and Founder

With over twenty five years of system software management, consulting and entrepreneur experience, Ly currently serves as chief executive officer, president and founder of Mobiscale. Prior to Mobiscale, she was CEO at Bluekey Services Inc. and Turbolinux Inc., SVP at Cray Inc., COO at Onscreen24, CTO at Vtel corp, and held other senior management roles at Apple Computer Inc. and Wang Laboratories, Inc. She was a venture advisor to IDG VN, a venture fund investing in Vietnam. Ly is also a director of several early stage companies and Vietnamese Silicon Valley Network, a non-profit organization focusing on being a premier global bridge among Vietnamese professionals in the high-tech industry around the world. She is a co-inventor of ten granted patents. Ly received a B.A. in Mathematics, an M.S. in Information Systems from Boston University, a Presidential/ Key Executive M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and is currently enrolled in the Human and Organization Systems PhD program with Fielding Graduate University.

Arthur F. Tyde, CTO/VP of Engineering

Art is a technologist and proven leader with a 17-year track record of combining innovative technologies with prudent business acumen. Art currently serves as the Chief Certification Officer of The Free Standards Group (“FSG”), a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and promoting open-source software standards. A strong advocate for leveraging market advantages around disruptive technologies, Arthur was founder and president of the Bay Area Linux Users Group, and co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of Linuxcare, Inc. (now Levanta, Inc.). Art was voted among the 50 most important people in Linux, is a sought-after speaker and internationally recognized authority on open-source software in the enterprise. Prior to Linuxcare, Art held senior consulting, executive, and management positions at Gap Inc., IBM EMEA, the California State Automobile Association (AAA), and the international law offices of Melvin M. Belli, Sr. Art holds a B.A. from Michigan State University, is a licensed private investigator and private pilot.

Robert Bowe, Chief Financial Officer

Bob Bowe has over twenty five years of executive financial management experience with both public and private technology companies. Prior to joining Mobiscale, Bowe served as interim CFO/controller at several networking and software companies. He also held the role of CFO at TurboLinux, building and driving the company towards IPO. Bowe previously was CFO and Corporate Controller at Network Equipment Technologies, leading all levels of finance and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team. Earlier in his career, Bowe was an accounting professional at Arthur Young & Company. Bowe holds a Masters in business administration from Santa Clara University, a BS in finance from Oregon State University, and a CPA certificate.
